Education, Outreach, and Training Activities

The CGM is active in providing educational outreach for a wide range of interest groups, including elementary through post-graduate students, practitioners to academics, sponsors, members of the general public, and news media. Outreach activities include tours, hands-on demonstrations, and training workshops.

Most of our activities have been in collaboration with the Geotechnical Graduate Student Society (GGSS) at UC Davis who have provided enthusiastic volunteers for leading demonstrations and tours. Their involvement is greatly appreciated.
